Mary Ellen Williams, age 82, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on May 11, 2024, at home while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Mary’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held from 12:00-4:00 p.m., on Sunday, June 9, 2024, in the Promenade Bridge Pavilion at Eagle Point Park, 2601 Shiras Avenue in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Mary’s family.

Deanna Kane, age 67, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on May 5, 2024, at home, while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Deanna’s life, a private family service will be held at Linwood Cemetery in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Deanna’s family.

Marjorie M. “Margie” Thillman, age 89, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on April 30, 2024, at home at Eagle Pointe Place, while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Margie’s life, her committal service with time for sharing will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at Mt. Calvary Cemetery located at 1111 Davis St, Dubuque.  Family and friends are also invited to join in for her Celebration of Life which will be held from 1:00–4:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 25, 2024, at her granddaughter Melanie’s home, 2341 Maplewood Drive in Asbury, IA. Martha J. Zimmerman, age 95, of Cascade, IA, completed her earthly journey on May 1, 2024, at Shady Rest Care Center in Cascade. To honor Martha’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00-6:00 p.m., on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Backpocket Brewery, 333 East 10th Street in Dubuque. A private family burial will be held in the Asbury Cemetery in Asbury, IA. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Martha’s family.

Ronnie L. Bradley, age 60, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on April 29, 2024, at home, while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Ronnie’s life, a private family service is being held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Ronnie’s family.

Robert Raymond “Bob” Johnson, age 84, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on April 25, 2024, at 11:11 AM, at home, surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Bob’s life, a private family service with full military honors will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Bob’s family.

Linda S. Foust, age 75, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on April 26, 2024, at UnityPoint Finley Hospital, while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Linda’s life, a private family service is being held.  Burial will be in the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Dubuque, IA.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Linda’s family.

David O. Schroeder, age 70, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on  April 19, 2024, at home, while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor David’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Burial will be in the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Maquoketa, IA.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving David’s family.

Jerry Bausman, age 92, of Elizabeth, IL, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2024. He was married to Annette, his wife of 71 years, until she passed away in 2022. He was born in Stockton, IL, to Orville and Thelma

Millard R. “Jesse” Engelkins, age 71, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on April 10, 2024, at Stonehill Care Center with his loving family by his side.  To honor Jesse’s life, a memorial mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at St. Joseph the Worker Church, 2001 St. Joseph Street, with Very Rev. Daniel Dellaert officiating.  Family and friends are invited to join in fellowship for one hour prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Dubuque, where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Jesse’s family.

Pastor Sue Ann Cubbage, age 77, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on April 9, 2024, at home while surrounded by her loving friends. To honor Sue’s life, a memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at the Center Grove Methodist Church, 3140 Brunskill Road in Dubuque, with Pastor Nancy Sutherland officiating. Family and friends are invited to join in fellowship from 12:30–1:00 p.m. prior to the service at the church and at the reception in the church basement following her burial in the Center Grove Methodist Church Cemetery. Benjamin M. “Ben” Duggan, age 24, of Maquoketa, IA, formerly of Dubuque, completed his earthly journey suddenly on March 31, 2024, at home.  To honor Ben’s life, a Remembrance Gathering for family and friends will be held from 3:00-6:00 p.m., on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at the American Legion Hall, 1306 Delhi Street in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Ben’s family.

Bruce R. Howes, age 70, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on April 2, 2024, at home while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Bruce’s life, a Memorial Mass will be held at 10:30 a.m., on Monday, April 8, 2024, at St. Raphael’s Cathedral, 231 Bluff Street, with Rev. Dennis Quint and Rev. Daniel Knepper officiating.  Family and friends are invited to join in fellowship from 9:00 – 10:30 a.m. prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be in the Dubuque Memorial Gardens Cemetery at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Bruce’s family.

Gerald A. “Jerry” Riniker, age 83, of Durango, IA, completed his earthly journey on March 31, 2024, at home while surrounded by his loving family.  Per Jerry’s wish, there will be no public service.  However, a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Jerry’s family.

Joyce A. Leubka, age 69, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on March 25, 2024.  To honor Joyce’s life, a private family service will be held at a later date..  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Joyce’s family.

Norman Thomas Duve, 85, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Hawkeye Care Facility after complications following a surgery.

Tammie L. Baker, age 61, of Cedar Rapids, IA, formerly of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on March 25, 2024, at Mercy Hospital in Cedar Rapids, after a sudden illness.  In Tammie’s final moments, she was surrounded by the love of her family and best friend.  To honor Tammie, a Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Grace Point Church, 3100 Windsor Avenue in Dubuque.  A Memorial Service including time for sharing will be held at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Jeffrey Durham officiating.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Tammie’s family.

Donald M. “Don” Michel, age 90, of Bellevue, IA, completed his earthly journey on March 22, 2024, at the Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue, while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Don’s life, a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, April 6, 2024, at the Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 105 E. Main Street, Springbrook, IA, with Rev. Robert Gross officiating.  Family and friends are invited to join in fellowship from 10:00 – 10:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church.  Burial will be in the Sts. Peter &Paul Church Cemetery where full military honors will be accorded by the Bellevue American Legion.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Don’s family.
