Robert James “Bob” Hall, age 74, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on  February 28, 2024, at Stonehill Care Center, while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Bob’s life, a private family service will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Bob’s family.

Mary A. Montag, age 76, of Dyersville, IA, completed her earthly journey on February 26, 2024, at home while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Mary’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024, beginning at 5:00 p.m., at Denny’s Lux Club, 3050 Asbury Road in Dubuque, IA.  A private family burial will be held in the East Dubuque Cemetery.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Mary’s family.

Paul Richard Reisen Jr. 56 of Freeport, Illinois passed away Friday, February 16, 2024.  A private family service will be held at a later date where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League.

Duane J. Ryness, age 69, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on Friday, February 23, 2024, in Dubuque, IA.  To honor Duane’s life, a private family service is being held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Duane’s family.

Linda K. Mushrush, age 67, of Dyersville, IA, passed away peacefully on February 17, 2024, at home while surrounded by her loving family after a courageous 24 year battle with cancer.  To honor Linda’s life, her memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m., on Saturday, February 24, 2024, at the Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 2899 Hales Mill Road in Asbury, IA, with Rev. Karla Wildberger officiating.  Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the service for Linda’s family and friends.  

James W. Skinner, Jr., age 39, of Dubuque IA, formerly of Davenport, IA, completed his earthly journey on February 13, 2024, at home while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor James’ life, a Celebration of Life will be held in Chicago, IL at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving James’ family.

Joshua J. “Josh” Fee, age 38, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on February 13, 2024, at home while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Josh’s life, a private family Celebration of Life is being held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Josh’s family.

Kathleen M. “Kathy” Mundell, age 72, of Gratiot, WI, formerly of Viola, MN, completed her earthly journey on February 6, 2024, at MercyOne Hospital in Dubuque, IA, while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Kathy’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held this summer back home in Minnesota with details to be announced at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Kathy’s family.

Randy R. Laufenberg, age 72, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on February 1, 2024, at Mercy Hospital, while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Randy’s life, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Randy’s family.

Dwain W. Perry, age 86, of Worthington, IA, completed his earthly journey on February 3, 2024, at UnityPoint Finley Hospital in Dubuque, IA, while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Dwain’s life, his Celebration of Life will be held beginning at 12;00 noon, on Saturday, March 9, 2024, at the Earlville Community Center, 120 North Avenue in Worthington, IA.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Dwain’s family.

William J. “Bill” Gerber, age 52, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on January 29, 2024, at home.  To honor Bill’s life, a memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday, February 3, 2024, in the Mt. Carmel Bluffs Terrace Community Room, 1040 Carmel Drive, with Pastor Matt Phelps officiating.  Family and friends are invited to remain after the service for food and fellowship from 12:00–2:00 p.m.  Burial will be in the Mount Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque. Jack A. Lucas, age 66, of Port Orchard, WA, formerly of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on January 25, 2024.  In keeping with Jack’s wishes, there will be no public services.

Dr. Dale L. Lonning, age 52, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on January 15, 2024, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Dale’s life, a private service is being held at Grand View Methodist Church.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Dale’s family.

   Dubuque, Iowa – Sarah Elizabeth (Eichhorn) Smith 84, completed her earthly journey on Monday, January 8, 2024.  Visitation will be Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 8:30 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, followed by Mass of Christian burial at 11:00 a.m. with celebrant Fr. Sara Kay Miller, age 42, of Dubuque, IA, completed her earthly journey on January 8, 2024, while surrounded by her loving family. To honor Sara’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00–6:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at the Lacoma Golf Club Event Center, 8080 Timmerman Drive, East Dubuque, IL. Lord Philip Martin McCloud, age 74, of Galena, IL, completed his earthly journey suddenly on December 30, 2023, at home while in the loving arms of his wife.  To honor Philip’s life, his Celebration of Life will be held at a later date this summer (June).  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Philip’s family.

Elby Dewayne “Bama” Revis, Jr., age 63, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on December 29, 2023, at home suddenly.  To honor Dewayne’s life, a private family service is being held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Dewayne’s family.

Norbert J. “Norb” Steger, age 88, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on December 27, 2023, at the Midwest Medical Center in Galena while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Norb’s life, his Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Dubuque American Legion Hall Post 6, 1306 Delhi Street in Dubuque.  Family and friends are invited to join in fellowship and sharing in the abundance of memories which Norb leaves behind.  Burial will be at 1:00 p.m. prior to the Celebration of Life at Dubuque Memorial Gardens Cemetery where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Norb’s family.
