Ronald E. “Ron” Stoner

Ronald E. “Ron” Stoner, Sr. age 69, of Platteville, WI, completed his earthly journey on June 10, 2025, at Southwest Health Center in Platteville. Per Ron’s request, there will be no public services. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Ron’s family.

Timothy I. “Tim” Lambert

Timothy I. “Tim” Lambert, age 60, of Peosta, IA, completed his earthly journey on June 8, 2025, at home while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Tim’s life, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Tim’s family.

Jon C. Obe

Jon C. Obe, age 74, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on June 5, 2025, at Stonehill Care Center while surrounded by his loving family.  Per Jon’s request, there will be no public services held.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Jon’s family.

Arlene Marie Reisen

Arlene Marie Reisen of Dubuque, IA, entered her eternal rest on May 28th, 2025, and is now at peace. Her life was brought to a close while asleep in her home, surrounded by her loving family. As a woman of faith, a Service of Song and Celebration will be held to honor Arlene’s life at Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 2145 J.F.K. Road in Dubuque, on Saturday, July 12th, 2025, with Rev. Jesse Cearlock officiating. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m., with a service following at 10:00 a.m.  A luncheon will be held at the church immediately following the service, followed by her burial in the East Dubuque Cemetery.  Arlene’s family is gracious for the assistance of the Tri-State Cremation Center.

Lauren D. Parsons

With great sadness, our family announces the passing of Lauren Diane Parsons, wife of the late, Terry James Parsons, mother of five children, and grandmother and great-grandmother to many. Lauren passed away peacefully on June 4, 2025, at the age of 83, surrounded by her family in Dubuque, Iowa.

Virginia L. Braun

Virginia L. Braun, age 95, of Belvidere, IL, completed her earthly journey on May 31, 2025, at home while surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Virginia’s life, a private family graveside service is being held.  Burial will be in the Belvidere Cemetery.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Virginia’s family.

Robert C. “Bob” Steinmann

Robert Charles Steinmann, 75, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on May 26, 2025, at Harmony of Dubuque following a six-month battle with esophageal cancer. There will be no memorial service. Instead, we would like you all to raise a glass to Otto, Sugar Bear, Cue Doc, Mr. Bob, or Bob (however you knew him). Continue to share the stories.

Thomas J. “Tom” Becker

Thomas J. “Tom” Becker, age 80, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on May 26, 2025, at MercyOne in Dubuque while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Tom’s life, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Tom’s family.

Nancy H. Maury

Nancy Hope (Neises) Maury passed quietly in her home on May 28th, 2025, under the care of her husband of 45 years, Dennis Elbert Maury and her eldest daughter, Terry Lynn Holloway, both of Lancaster, WI.  To honor Nancy’s life, a graveside service will be held at St. Charles Cemetery in Cassville, WI, at a later date.

M. Sue “Susie” McGinnis

M. Sue “Susie” (Davis) McGinnis, 75, of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on May 25, 2025, at Dubuque Specialty Care following a long-fought battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. 

There will be a graveside service at Mount Calvary in Dubuque on Saturday, May 31 at 10:00 AM and a celebration of life at the Eagle’s Club on Century Drive in Dubuque on Saturday, May 31 from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Tri-State Cremation Center is charge of the arrangements.  

James M. “Jim” Hayes

James M. “Jim” Hayes age 58, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on May 23, 2025, at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital while surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Jim’s life, a private family Celebration of Life is being held.  Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Jim’s family.

Donald A. “Butch” Weiler

Donald A.” Butch” Weiler, age 61, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey suddenly on May 20, 2025, at home after a 9-month courageous battle with cancer.  To honor Butch’s life, a private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Butch’s family.

Don J. Koss

Don J. Koss, 95, of Guttenberg, completed his earthly journey on May 10, 2025, at the Guttenberg Care Center surrounded by his loving family. To honor Don’s life, a memorial service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2025, at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Garnavillo, with Pastor Gary Hatcher officiating. Family and friends of Don’s are invited to join in fellowship from 9-11 a.m. prior to the service at the church. Burial will be in the Garnavillo Community Cemetery with full military honors accorded by the Garnavillo American Legion.

Tamela M. “Tammy” Felderman

Tamela “Tammy” Felderman, 64, of Dubuque, Iowa, passed  peacefully, surrounded by family, after a courageous battle with COPD on May 15, 2025. To honor Tammy’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00-7:00 pm on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, at The Eagles Club, 1175 Century Drive in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Tammy’s family. 

Gail Mary Barth

Gail Mary Barth, age 62, of Belmont, WI, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous nine-year battle with breast cancer. She was born on December 10, 1962, to Paul and Mary Kay (Schrobilgen) Barth. In accordance with Gail’s wishes, no formal services will be held. A private family burial will take place at a later date.

Peter T. Woegens

Peter T. Woegens, age 90, of Dubuque, IA, formerly of Sarasota, FL and Manhattan, N.Y., completed his earthly journey on May 2, 2025, at Luther Manor in Dubuque.  To honor Peter’s life, a private family service is being held.  Burial will be in the Sarasota National Cemetery in Sarasota, FL.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Peter’s family.

Glenn W. “Cappy” Hines

Glenn W. “Cappy” Hines, age 61, of Guttenberg, IA, completed his earthly journey on May 6, 2025, at home while surrounded by his loving family and friends.  To honor Cappy’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held from 1:00-4:00 p.m., on Sunday, May 11, 2025, at the Guttenberg Marina Center near landing 615.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Cappy’s family.

Charles C. “Charlie” DeLoach

Charles (Charlie) C. DeLoach passed peacefully into the presence of his Lord and Savior at home on April 25, 2025, at the age of 72. He was surrounded by his loving wife and children. To honor Charlie’s life, a Celebration of Life is being held at the Galena Territory Marina on June 22, 2025, at 2 p.m. 

Debra Dolores Swift

Debra Dolores Swift (Holman) sixty-nine of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 2nd at Stonehill Health Center, Dubuque, Iowa surrounded by family. Debra was born on October 14, 1955, at Sanford Municipal Hospital in Sanford, Maine, daughter of William and Dolores Holman (Audette). To honor Deb’s wishes, there will be no services. A Celebration of Life will follow at a date yet to be determined.

Mitchell Louis Loso

Mitchell Louis Loso, age 65, of Dubuque, IA, completed his earthly journey on April 26, 2025, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics after a long and courageous health battle with his loving family by his side. To honor Mitchell’s life, a private family service is being held.  Burial will be in the Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque at a later date. The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Mitchell’s family.
