Terrance P. “Terry” Kelly, age 69 of Dubuque, Iowa completed his earthly journey on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at home, surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Terry’s life, a Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the Backpocket Taproom and Beercade, 333 East 10th Street, Dubuque, Iowa.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Terry’s family.

Alice M. (Brandt) Gould, age 95 of Asbury, Iowa completed her earthly journey on September 23, 2019 at Luther Manor Grand Meadows.  To celebrate Alice’s life, a private family service will be held at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, Illinois.

Harold G. “Harry” Leitner, age 80 of Dubuque, Iowa, completed his earthly journey on September 23, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. According to his wishes, a private family service will be held at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Dubuque to honor Harry’s life.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Harry’s family.

George “Dan” Barry, age 62 of Dubuque, Iowa completed his earthly journey on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at home, surrounded by his loving family.  Per Danny’s request, a Celebration of Life for family and friends will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2019, from 1:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the Backpocket Taproom and Beercade, 333 East 10th Street, Dubuque.  A private family burial will be held at the Mount Olivet Cemetery in Key West, Iowa, where full military honors will be accorded by the Dubuque Marine Corps League.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Dan’s family.

Pasquale “Pat” Danna, Jr., age 87 of Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of Chicago, Illinois, completed his earthly journey on August 21, 2019 at Dubuque Specialty Care in Dubuque, with his loving family by his side.  To honor Pat’s life, a Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. at The Church of the Resurrection, 4300 Asbury Road, Dubuque, Iowa, 52002, with Rev. Mary Jo “Jody” Beauchamp, age 77 of Dubuque, Iowa completed her earthly journey on August 9, 2019, at Stonehill Care Center, with her loving husband of 58 years by her side.  To celebrate Jody’s life, a private family service is being held.  Burial will be in the Linwood Cemetery in Dubuque.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Jody’s family.

Carolyn A. Visser, age 74 of Dubuque, Iowa completed her earthly journey suddenly on August 1, 2019 at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital Dubuque, with her dear friend, Linda, by her side.  To celebrate Carolyn’s life, her Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in the Hadley Chapel, Hillcrest Family Services Campus, 2005 Asbury Road, Dubuque, Iowa with Pastor Diane Christopher officiating.  Family and friends of Carolyn may gather to visit prior to the service from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. in Hadley Chapel.  Burial will be in the Forest Cemetery in Oskaloosa, Iowa at a later date.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Carolyn’s family.

Robert C. “Chuck” Lehnhardt, Sr., age 76 of Dubuque, Iowa completed his earthly journey on July 25, 2019, at home surrounded by his loving family.  To honor Bob’s life, family and friends are invited to “Bob’s party” to be held on August 11th.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Bob’s family.

Henry A. “Hank” Ollendick, age 89 of Dubuque, Iowa passed away on July 25, 2019 at the Hawkeye Care Center in Asbury.  A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 3, 2019 at the Holy Ghost Church, 305 West Main Street, Dickeyville, Wisconsin with Rev. Bernard Rott officiating.  Burial with military honors by the Dubuque Marine Corps League will follow in the Holy Ghost Church Cemetery.

Ann L. Smith, age 66 of Peosta, IA completed her earthly journey on July 23, 2019 at home, surrounded by her loving family.  To honor Ann’s life, family and friends may gather together from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. for her Celebration of Life on Sunday, July 28, 2019 at the Peosta Community Centre, 7896 Burds Road, Peosta, IA.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Ann’s family

Michael S. “Mike” Mattan, age 51 of Dubuque, Iowa, completed his earthly journey on Thursday, June 7, 2019 at Ennoble Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Dubuque.  To honor Mike’s life, a Celebration of Life will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the Grand View United Methodist Church, 3342 John Wesley Drive, Dubuque, Iowa, 52002.  To celebrate Mike’s life, family and friends may visit prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the church.  Burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in the Greenview Cemetery, 1201 Avenue of the Cities/Colona Road, East Moline, Illinois, 61244.  The Tri-State Cremation Center is humbly serving Mike’s family.
